Bubble Tip Anemone's tips falling off

my rose bubble enenomes tips are falling off . im not sure what to do or if this is normal. the tips still moving around on the bottom of the tank. would this be considered a split?

Tips falling off usually means it's dying. If it were splitting, it would divide in two down the center. Do you have any photos ?

my brother in laws bubble had a baby (clone) he said it just fell off of it!!! but i do have a question, do you have a lot of bubbles on top of your water? some times they will build up in the corner of the tank at the top, not real bad though. very bubbly when i put new water in.

This is from not having powerheads pointing upward towards the surface. Breaking the surface tension of the water plus good water circulation is why the protein sum builds up over time. That's why most saltwater tanks use an internal/external overflow and sump.

ok powerheads are the next thing i will get. how exactly do you make a sump and overflow?
