You have to remove them or the parents or other fish will eat them.
Don't expose them to air.
You might find this interesting:
From Amplexus to Froglet
Put them in a tank with slow aeration and a heater. I had mine set at around 79-80F
When they first hatch they'll live off thier egg sac.
After they start to swim you should have infusoria ready for them.
You should also start to hatch baby brine shrimp for them to eat as they get bigger.
I fed a combo of Frozen Baby Brine Shrimp (live are better so they can hunt them and they don't sink like fozen), Hikari First Bites and Ken's Pearls.
Clean any left over food with a turkey baster.

I'd be happy to, I've been meaning to add some pics too.
I'm no expert on raising ADF's, I can only say what worked for me.

You have egg sacs? Are you sure these are ADF eggs? They sound like snail eggs to me... just a thought.

Not long, ummmm, maybe 24 hours. They'll look like the 3rd pic in the link provided above. The next day you'll see a tiny tadpole. Around the 2nd/3rd day they can swim and are probably hiding in plants or gravel.
If they're still in the parent tank, you should move them or they'll become a snack.
I always fast my frogs after they mate because I know they've eaten a fair amount of eggs.

Can you post a pic? They don't slide out of their egg sac.
