5 Gallon Mini-Terrarium

So I am currently building a mini-terrarium (5 gallon) and I found the perfect inhabitants: 4 spring peepers. They are currently at 3/4 of an inch and love to hang out with each other on the branches and fern (live plants). This is set up like a native ecosystem, and The bottom is leaf litter (I am keeping them in conditions as close as possible to what I found them in). All the insects in there (fruit flies, sow bugs, earthworms, and crickets) breed in the leaf litter, providing a constant food source. Anyone else keep native frogs? Just wondering...

I wish turtles didn't eat fish. The possibilities. Good Luck!

I got another inhabitant for the tank. Today I found a 1.5 inch blue spotted salamander in the sump pump. He's so cute. He burrowed into the leaves right away. Now he's out and about, searching for the little worms and sow bugs. The peepers are climbing everywhere, and have quickly depleted the food supply. Looks like I'll be buying lots of pinhead crickets. I'll try to post pics, but my mom is very protective of her Nikon.
