No. I can get them to 8 weeks, but thats about it.
I think my problem to proper nutrition..just a guess.
I'd love to me able to get them to adulthood.

maybe you could try mosquito larvae. What do you feed them?

Live Baby brine shrimp, but I don't seem to be real good at keeping the constant supply that they need.

Every couple of hours for weeks.
How big is are mosquito larvae compared to BBS?
This give another idea how small they are

it depends on the stage of the mosquito larvae. Right now i have a bucket full of water outside since it is mosquito season. What you do is basically grab a bucket and put it outside. Within time mosquitos will breed and lay their eggs in the water. The larvae will grow out. This is when you have to be careful about the size. Grab a net and net out the smaller or bigger ones. Put them into a different bowl or container and feed away
