Welcome to Fish Lore
I moved your question to a thread of it's own.
I'm sorry I don't know about the compatabilty of cichlids and African Clawed Frogs.
I wouldn't try an African Dwarf Frog in such a large tank wih cichlids.

I would not try a frog in with ANY cichlids. What type of cichlids do you have?

I would think that a frog would become food when it was young. If it's a clawed, they will stalk down small fish wehn they get older.

The frogs will have different water requirements, dietary needs, and won't be able to stand the aggression level for long with mbunas IMO. A lot of people have done this or that, that doesn't mean it will work or should be recommended. Again, JMO.

What sized tank is it and what's in it now? You may be able to add synodontis cat(s).

Synodontis species tend to work well with many African cichlids.
