african dwarf frogs ... query

I need to treat my tank for whitespot, I have removed my black knife ghost fish due to being scaleless, do the frogs need to be removed ?

Yep, it would be a good idea to move your frogs too.

one down one to go lol, next question, i have 1 male betta and did have 2 female betta i had to separate 1 of the females as she looked like she had been attacked.... she has recently died, the male now seems to be dying also have separated him now is it possible they have bred and this is what has caused it even though i haven't supplied anywhere for him to build a bubble nest except the decor that is in the tank ??

Were the Bettas in tank together? They don't make very good community fish.
A lot of bettas are just too aggressive or they get picked on by other fish.
It's hard to say what's going on without a little more info.
What size tank is he in? Is it heated, filtered cycled?
What symptoms does he have?

200 litre tank, yes cycled filtered and heated, unfortunetely he has now died, it could be down to the whitespot in tank, although neither betta were showing any signs of whitespot, lets hope treatment works b4 any more fish lost
