I moved you question to the appropriate board.

What kind of African Frog? African Dwarf Frog or African Clawed Frog?
ADF's will eat thawed frozen blood worms and Frog & Tadpole bites.
Yes, they'll breed.
Here's some info on the care of ADFs (African Dwarf Frog)

If you get an african clawed frog, they'll get quite a bit bigger, but they'll also eat your fish most likely

Presuming you fill out the schoal of catfish and add a larger fish as a centerpiece, an added amphibian would be extra bioload that may make care of your aquarium difficult. If it were my tank, I wouldn't want to do that (I really want an African frog, but can't afford to put one in any of the tanks that are right for a frog. It would just add too much bioload).

From my experience, though I only had one for a few weeks, it seems they are much easier to care for if they're in a species only tank.

African Clawed frogs get big. They probably wouldn't be eaten. They would do the eating if you have small fish.
