I noticed some little worms wiggling around I my dwarf frog tank. what could they be? will they hurt any thing?

I found out these little worms are called planaria. which result of uneaten food. so I vacumed my gravel with my vac and wash the netting thats tied around my internal filter because it was collecting food. anyway are planaria harmfull to african dwarf frogs?

Most fish and frogs will eat them. Vacuuming the gravel -very- well is a good idea, along with good sized water changes. Perhaps vac half the gravel upon noticing them then wait a week to do the other half. The reasoning for the half and half vacuuming is to keep the good bacteria from being too disturbed. Sounds like you found everything out with your research, but no they aren't harmful.
