Mine do that too. I think it is a dominance issue, who is "top frog"? My two only do it at feeding time too. I don't think they can cause each other harm because they don't have any teeth. I don't think there is anything you can do about it. If you have ever had more than one dog, you know that the top dog ALWAYS gets to eat first. I think this is the same principle. I have tried dropping bloodworms in one area for the top frog and then waiting until he got started eating and then dropping another batch of worms in a different corner for the other frog----it doesn't work for me. I eventually see him eat. Sometimes I try and time the feedings with WC so that I can put extra worms in, let them eat for 20-30 mins. and then siphon out the leftovers.
