feeding african dwarf frogs earthworms

I have three african dwarf frogs and I was thinking about feeding them live earthworms. you know the ones you buy from walmart in the bait section and chopping them up. Is that a good choice or is there something else easy to get that they would like better?

Earthworms are a good choice, and if you want to provide a variety for them I would suggest bloodworms, brine shrimp would work well also.
