cichlid trios!!! Beware...lol

I need to get a job fast....this fish stuff is driving nutz....lol

Now, I will be setting up a 40 gal and a 45 gal tank today.....one for a fry tank and one because I have it!!! (got them off FreeCycle)

My apistogramma Boreli's have delivered approx 60 new babies to me in 2 weeks!! And managed to save approx 14 cockatoo babies, and I still have a pair of Borellis that (fortunatly) can't find a place to nest in the community tank. Won't be long before the upstairs on my garage is converted into a full scale fish nursery.

Well maybe i should take the 45 gal and move the triple red cockatoos into it. I the community tank I only end up with about 12 babies surviving.

Wow man congratz. Where did you get females? I have checked all my local stores and they all tell me that the breeders don’t ship females. I would love a pair in my tank. Keep up the good work!

All the babies too small to sex yet....cocatoos at 4 weeks and 1 week, Borellis at 2.5 weeks and 1 week.

Yes most fish stores sell the males....most folks love the colors, but femails are very bright at breeding time.

Don't know what to do with them yet but loving it.
