Red Terror with possible disease

I am puzzled by this little guy. Here is a list of symptoms:
Fading color
Rear fin is all shreded
Along his side under his top fin has wierd spots (only two both on same side and an off white)
he hangs out near the surface
He is not growing or atleast not that i can tell and everyone around him is

But here is the funny part. He eats perfectly normally, is still aggressive (not as much as he used to be) and swims very well. None of his fins are stuck to his body and the spots are just in the one spot. I really hope he is just stressed. But he has been in this tank for two or more weeks so i'm not sure what he is waiting for...

I have no way of testing my water until i buy the kit tommorrow but i know the pH is all sorts of wrong and the temp is just about perfect =] If anyone has any info, that would be wonderful. The desease chart helped a little but he has a few symptoms of everything lol

testing the water is a first step..and in the meantime, you can do water changes with some prime...with all the agressive fish you have,in such small tanks, this isnt going to change anytime soon without 75gals or more for space

I fully understand that and it makes me sad that this is partially my fault. I got a little too excited a little too fast and now i have a lot of really cool beautiful fish that kill eachother.

But I'm not sure if you are aware but i went out and got another thirty gallon so i hope to split them up better. Thanks shawnie
