If there isn't a specific board for your species, feel free to post your American Cichlid pics here on this board. Once we get enough posts on the species we can move any photos for that species into posts inside the applicable species board. Also, comments on photos are welcome but please move side-conversations to another post.

This is a pic of Chris Shelton, the Gold Severum I had for years. I recently had to give him up because I decided to place a piano in the space that was occupied by the 75g tank in which he lived. I was, and still am, very attached to him. He is currently residing at my LFS, waiting for somebody to come and give him a new home. Till then, I can go visit him every couple of days.

My new Parrot fish
I just came back from the LFS for some frozen food for the guys. Stopped to look at fish ( of course) and came home with two Parrot fish. I just love these little guys! They have such cutie pie faces on them. They are not the blood red, and have some orange in them but a lot of marbling black too.
