I have a male beta, african DWARF frog,
and 3 neons (might be getting rid of neons).

I noticed the past few days my 10 gallon tank is
developing lots of brown algae. I think that's what it is..
looks like rust...

My tank's been cycling for little over a month now.

Are there any brown algae eaters that will be compatable
with my fish, and able to live in a 10g tank?

it sounds like diatoms which is new tank algae...the best fish ive found is ottos ..the clean it up fast..but they are sensitive to new tanks and water parimeters...if you have had a steady cycled tank for over a month, I think you could get 3...but if the froggie can catch them, they might have a snack

I'm not too worried about my frog eating any of them. I tried feeding him a few different things for live food. (thought he might be more likely to eat then). I even tried a maggot cut up and it still seemed like he had a hard time fitting it in his mouth. But he did eventually succeed after 5 minutes.
