T Fishie

My water has a green tinge to it.no algae on the glass. i do feed my fish algae flakes but this is my first time with this problem. I clean my tank on a regular basis.

125 gallons
1 balla, 1 krib, 1 peacock eel,2 angels,2 geo***us juripari,1 elephant nose,2 banded leporinus,1 pleco

As of today:
pH 7.2
high range ph 7.4
ammonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 40 (I'm trying to get that down)

Any suggestions?

if your tank is near a window, that could definitely be causing it
