Black growths in my tank

I have a 26 gallon tank that has a black plant growth on everything. It looks kind of fern like. It's stalk is thin with branches coming off of it. The fish, tetras, mollies and guppies, don't seem to be eating it or bothered by it.
Is it something I should be worried about?

What kind of lighting do you have? CO2 injection? and have you tested your tank recently? These all can help to figure out what is the cause of the growth.
