Does anybody know how do stop this stuff?

I am also having a problem with "Spot" algae which my ottos won't even eat because it is supposedly too hard

I had a problem with hair algae in my 26 gallon until a treated the tank with Algaefix every 3 days and daily or every other day water changes to decrease my nitrate levels. It been a guess 3-4 weeks and no sign of the hair algae. I had taken out all the decorations and plants (fake) and soaked them in bleach/water solution.
