Iused erythromycin to kill some BGA and it didn't kill it. I am still cycling my tank and I have some phosphates in my tank from accidental overfeeding.
Do I ned to do another treatment or should I do water changes to get rid of the phosphates?
I would simply do more water changes. It will slow down your cycle, but it's a lot safer way to go. Also, keep in mind that a cycling tank is going through a lot of adjustments chemically, so algae is a pretty common thing.
