20 gallon air pump in a 30 gallon tank

I had a 20 high and have now a 30 long tank. Can I still use my Whisper air pump from my 20 gallon in the 30? Thanks.

There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to. There is really no air pump for a specific size tank. They are universal. The only way you wouldn't be able to use it is if it doesn't work.

the box says up to 20 gallons but it seems to be working fine in the 30.

It should work fine in any gallon tank unless the water is really deep.
