Hawkeye Air pump???

Hi-
I have a hawkeye air pump in my 1 gallon betta tank. The bubbles cover the top of the tank completely.
is that normal, or is the pump to strong for the tank size

Afternoon. If there is a flow adjuster on there you can adjust it to a lower flow rate. You could also try lowering the water a bit.

Ken, I think he was taking about an air pump lol.

Anyway, you might want to downgrade to a less powerfull air pump IMHO.
