Gravel Pump?

What exactly is a gravel pump? I hear about them all the time but I don't know what they are.

Maddie, A gravel pump is a pump that you use to get all of the icky stuff on the bottem of the tank in between the rocks! If you end up buying one I would get an eletric one or one that hooks up to you air pump! The other ones seem to be pointless for me! Hope this helps!

The manual ones work well, they use a siphon. It takes a while but it works... I'll take a picture for you
