we have a 90 gal tank. we had a whisper 100 running 3 air wands. it didnt push enough thru all three, so we upped to a ap150. which says it would pump air to 8 ft. well save your money, it does no better, if not worse than the 100

I went throught the same darn thing with my 55 gallon ... the staff at the LFS and the box were completely wrong ... I had to upgrade and went with a dual output ... that gave me lots of options, and along with valves, it works great now. Moral of the story ... take whatever the box says and cut it in half.
