hi im setting up my 2nd african cichlid tank and im hoping to have an all male haps and peacock thought id share the highs and the lows !!
god knows more poor fam has, my husband im sure is drawing up the divorce papers, and my darling daughter Sophia is fed up of talking fish all day.

il spare you the boring details of emptying tank however this took 1 whole long day to get all water, gravel out and as im a bit of a perfectionist i had to clean it inside and out until it resembled a mirror!!

this is what is used to look like with oddball fish

then it took 48 hours of practically stretching myself by 3 inches to reach to the back and set the rocks.... i think i changed them 50 times and they came crashing down about 20 times.....
then it was finally completed....

filled in the coral gravel about 2olbs and asked my glam assistant to add the water...

an thats where the story ends just waiting for the filter to clear up all the sand....tank... just thought id send you a few pics of the set up..
