Ok so its a 45 gallon tank, already housing three yellow labs, and it will be filled with tons on caves. So far here is what im thinking,

4 yellow labs

4 Ps. Acei

4 M. Estherae

Slightly overstocked but ive heard that mbuna tanks should be as it means less aggression, and they do well with large frequent water changes that i am prepared to provide, any suggestions?

The Acei gets a tad big for a 45g tank (they are a lot longer in lenth than a lot of Mbuna), there are some smaller species w/ loads of color like the different Cynatilapia Afra species.

Other than that I think the numbers, etc is great. Just double up on filtering, and 2 20% waterchanges a week is plenty.

I actually do 5 gallon water changes daily, which should account for the lack of filtration, my filter is made for 50-75 gallons.
