How old are they? My male is starting to get the hump forehead...but so is the jelly!! If I didn't SEE her lay eggs....I would SWEAR that she was a male. She has huge fin extensions, and the forehead.

ive seen and breed hundreds of these fish for 2 years(the one with the big hump is 2 and the other is one of his sons from his first spawn) ..a buddy of mine has been at it for 9 years...ive never seen a female with a bull head ..so that will be a first for me...but the jellys are totally a different story ..they can probably have a ton of differences as they are such a hybrid

Shawnie, your africans look amazing! They have grown so much since I have last seen them. Your cons look gorgeous as usual. I'm so glad they are still getting along well with the africans. What are the black fish with the yellow stripes that I see in so many of these pics? He's beautiful!

Ohhhhh Shawnie!!! Holy cow they're beyond real - they're so pretty together!

What size tank is this picture... and those are all cichlids...is that right?

Is the JD in this tank? Lol Sorry! I'm so confused because I don't know big fish, but I'm trying to get an idea of what a big tank can look like with big fish. I'm in love with your JD, but this tank is so beautiful too. Decision decisions... luckily I have a few years to decide.

Amazing as always Shawnie. In the one photo of the Moose where you're holding the tape measure...the fish is thinking I'm bigger than that pull out more tape! Ask BF how he keeps such a beautiful tank!
Thanks for sharing.
Ken
