| Oh how Africans are so pretty, they are the rainbows of fish. I like the tank looks good but I don't really like the blue, I thinks It battles with the colors of the fish. The lighting is good too. I was accutualy remember the names of atleast one or two fish you have in their |

| Thanks bolivianbaby & Gouramiguy17. Gouramiguy17, I know the blue cichlids blend in with the background a little, but blue is my favorite color, so I added them anyway.
In my tank are:
3 Red Zebras Cichlids
2 Peacock Cichlids
1 Jewels Cichlid
1 Labidochromis Cichlid
1 Melanochromis Cichlid
1 Acei Cichlid
1 Johanni Cichlid
1 Ornatus Cichlid
1 Pleco
All the red zebras and the labdichromis came with the tank. They are rescues. A lady I know had the tank with 15 orange zebras, 1 labdicromis, 2 12 inch plecos, 1 jack dempsy (10 in), 1 green terror (10 in). It was her late husband's tank. When I got it had like an inch of slug and hadn't had a water change in I don't know how long. Last edited by aquatic mouse; September 28th, 2009 at 08:48 PM.

snakestorm526, this is my first cichlid tank. I'm having so much fun with them. I honestly didn't have any interest in them before my friend offered them to me. Last edited by aquatic mouse; September 28th, 2009 at 09:43 PM.

And I love all the rocks some like I have never seen before very pretty. Hope you don't mind if I use some of your ideas on my tank...pretty please. I really like that....my babies need more rocks to play in. |

| SWilkins, this is my sand: Caribsea Eco-Complete™ Cichlid Sand I use Texas Holey Rock (my cichlid's favorite as it has lots of holes), reef rock, & slate. Feel free to use any of my ideas! I'm flattered!
snakestorm526, that's a gorgeous tank. |

snakestorm526, that's a gorgeous tank. | Oh thank you thank you thank you!!! Hopefully I will get started on sand and rock tomorrow. I have some lace rock that I was wanting to use but I might have to change that over to something else depending on how it looks.
snakestorm that is a very nice looking tank...maybe I can get mine to look sort of like the two combined LOL or my version anyway. |

Oops! In my listing of what rocks are in there, I completely forgot to mention my favorite, zebra rock! It's that beautiful rock with black, white, & orange stripes. |
